Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across the entire user journey from acquisition to retention and monetization

  • Own and improve key metrics including engaged users (active 3+ days per week) and free/trial-to-paid conversion rate

  • Design, test, and optimize user onboarding and activation experiences

  • Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and friction points

  • Collaborate with engineering and design to implement and measure growth initiatives

  • Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and quantify impact of growth initiatives

  • Establish growth frameworks and processes that can scale with the company

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing with a focus on growth

  • Proven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth metrics

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record in data-driven decision making

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and growth experimentation

  • Knowledge of user acquisition channels and CAC/LTV optimizations

  • Ability to balance short-term growth tactics with long-term strategic initiatives

  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization and execution skills

  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience growing B2B SaaS products or consumer subscription businesses

  • Familiarity with retention modeling and cohort analysis

  • Technical background or ability to understand complex product architecture

  • History of building and leading successful growth teams
