The Global Proposal Specialist reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and is responsible for managing, developing, and delivering high-quality proposals for security services opportunities across the country or assigned region. This role partners closely with Business Development Managers, Operations leadership, Pricing Analysts, Risk Management, and Sales Enablement to ensure every proposal is accurate, compelling, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is organized and thrives in a deadline-driven environment while translating operational, pricing, and client requirements into polished proposals that position the company as the preferred partner. This role also ensures national consistency with national standards while improving efficiency, accuracy, and win rates across various markets. Responsibilities of the Global Proposal Specialist include, but are not limited to:timelines, task assignments, and deliverable tracking.

Travel: Ability to travel to client and branch office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel. Salary & Benefits: Base salary is $70,000 - $80,000 with a discretionary year-end bonus.
