Job Description

We are an emerging multi-specialty dental group, led by an oral surgeon, in PA and we are looking for an experienced general dentist for our practice.

Practice Location: Advanced Family Smile Care - 8 Ponds Edge Dr, Chadds Ford, PA 19317

Our practice is well-established with consistent patient flow and you will have complete support to practice dentistry the way you desire.

Work authorization/visa sponsorship can be done by the employer.

You will have an opportunity to earn High Compensation based on percentage (up to 40% of collections) and will maintain complete Clinical Autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dental care to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform diagnostic and preventative dentistry, including cleanings, polishing, fluoride treatment, sealants, X-rays, and other diagnostic and preventative procedures.
• Perform cosmetic/restorative dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, and dentures.
• Develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain and accurately update patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and other members of the dental team.

Qualifications Required:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active PA dental license.
• Excellent treatment presentation skills.
