Job Title: Equipment Operator
Pay Rate: $22- 25
Location: Greenfield, IN

Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Friday-Sunday 5PM- 5:30 AM
Schedule: 5-day workweek

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team in Greenfield. This role involves operating various types of material handling equipment and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other equipment to move materials throughout the facility.

• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.

• Use handheld devices or WMS to scan, track, and count inventory.

• Transport materials to designated storage locations and keep goods organized for efficient retrieval.

• Perform routine equipment inspections and report safety concerns or maintenance needs.

• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.

• Communicate with management to resolve issues such as product damage, shortages, or misplacement.

• Keep work areas clean and organized; dispose of waste and hazardous materials properly.

• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers required.

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one through company-provided training.

• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and operations.

• Experience using WMS or similar inventory systems.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
