Now Hiring: Fleet Dispatcher

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Fleet Dispatcher to join our expanding team. In this critical role, you will manage the daily operations and coordination of our vehicle fleet, ensuring timely service and smooth communication between drivers and support teams.

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Dispatcher:

• Assign drivers to service requests based on location, availability, and customer needs
• Monitor real-time vehicle activity and fleet performance
• Communicate route instructions, changes, and updates to drivers clearly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle usage, and driver activities
• Address service issues or emergencies quickly and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational success

What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Dispatcher

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong, professional communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with routing or dispatch software is a plus
• A valid driver’s license is required
