Education - Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.

Experience Over 2 years of experience in project execution/management or a similar role within the insurance or reinsurance sector.

Proficiency in data analytics tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing innovative solutions.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and Power BI.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Visio, applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
