Experienced Window Installer – Full-Time (Phoenix Metro Area)

Optum Home Solutions is seeking an experienced Window Installer (Lead Installer level) to join our growing team! We are a well-established home improvement company with over 39 years in business, specializing in window replacements and bath remodels designed for the Arizona climate.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a lead window installer
• Must provide own truck and trailer
• Ability to deliver high-quality work, focusing on precision, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Comfortable working as a W-2 employee or as a captured subcontractor
• Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
