Qualifications - Prior experience as an executive assistant
- Experience managing a calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities - Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to: screening calls, managing calendars, travel arrangements, operations organization charts, processing expenses, meeting and event planning, and client relations
- Responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations
- Manage projects
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations
- Handle information with discretion and confidentiality
- Act as gatekeeper to the CEO and COO
