What You'll Be Doing:
- Post job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, etc.)
- Screen incoming applicants via phone, text, and email
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for our hiring managers
- Help with onboarding new hires and getting them set up in our system
- Be a key part of building and growing our internal team
- Learn recruiting, hiring, and sales psychology from experienced leaders
What We're Looking For:
- Positive energy and strong communication skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable texting, calling, and talking to new people daily
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, email, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership
