We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Mechanic for CNC Machine Shop to ensure the smooth operation of our CNC machinery. Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and test new CNC machines and equipment while adhering to workplace safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of machines to detect malfunctions, including visual checks and listening for irregular noises.
• Monitor machinery for performance changes, temperature fluctuations, and atypical energy usage, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for equipment.
• Execute emergency repairs on mechanical, electric, and hydraulic machinery, replacing worn or damaged parts promptly.
• Utilize a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and the surrounding workplace.
• Manage a schedule for inspections and testing.
• Read and follow work orders for service, modification, or installation of CNC machinery.
• Identify and requisition parts needed for repairs, coordinating with other skilled trades as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a loud environment.
• Work overtime as required to complete repairs and support production schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and maintenance manufacturing experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
• Competence in emergency situations.
• Organized and detail-oriented
• CNC Machining experience is required. CNC metal cutting machines and fabrication equipment as in welders and plasma cutting.

• Proficiency in machine installation and electrical work, including wiring motors and transformers.

• Knowledge of schematics, assembly, and mechanical systems.
• Precision work skills and measurement abilities, such as reading dial calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Experience with Single and 3 Phase troubleshooting and motor controls.
