Job Description

We’re looking for a Director of Contracts to lead our contract strategy and negotiations team. In this role, you’ll drive key purchasing decisions, collaborate across departments, and help shape the commercial success of our airline.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor contract analysts.
• Develop RFPs/RFQs with teams across Supply Chain, Maintenance, Air Ops, and HR.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Build and track KPIs to measure vendor performance.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• ATP certificate with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• 5–8 years of pilot experience, including 3+ years as PIC (Part 135 or 121).
• Strong understanding of FARs, safety standards, and aviation operations.
• Technical writing experience preferred.
• Must meet 14 CFR 119.67(a) qualifications for Director of Operations.
• U.S. work authorization and fluency in English.
