We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and genuine hospitality.

The Opportunity:

As our Dental Office Manager, you will be the heart of our front office and a key member of our leadership team. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a refined, service-oriented setting and takes pride in creating memorable patient experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations with a focus on patient experience and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and support office team members to ensure cohesive, high-quality service.
  • Manage scheduling, treatment coordination, billing, and insurance processes.
  • Handle patient communications with grace, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Monitor office performance metrics and contribute to practice growth strategies.
  • Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects our brand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of dental office management or front-office experience (boutique or high-touch setting preferred).
  • Deep understanding of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling systems.
  • Proficiency with Dentrix.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • A calm, polished presence and a genuine passion for patient care.
  • Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid holidays and generous PTO.
  • Continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture where your ideas and leadership matter.

Join Our Team:

If you’re an organized, compassionate professional who enjoys making patients feel valued and cared for, we’d love to meet you. Please send your resume and a short cover letter sharing why you’d be a perfect fit for our boutique practice!
