The Data Entry Keyer is responsible for accurately inputting and updating information into internal systems and databases. This role supports the agency’s operational excellence by ensuring high data integrity and accessibility for teams across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately key in data from various source materials into digital systems
Verify and review information for completeness and correctness
Organize and maintain electronic files and records
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries
Complete data entry tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Support teams by providing reliable and up-to-date information
Assist with routine data quality checks and clean-up projects
Qualifications:
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
