Nacuity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is at the forefront of innovation in the development of pharmaceuticals addressing chronic conditions and blinding eye diseases. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our clinical operations. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and managing vital data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data in the company databases.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Organize and manage electronic and paper records efficiently.
• Generate and compile reports from various data sets as needed.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to verify and validate data.
• Follow established protocols for data handling to protect patient confidentiality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or related field experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing data tasks.
• Proficient in using spreadsheet and database applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on time management.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance is an advantage.
