At Winaxis, we leverage data-driven insights to fuel innovation and smarter decision-making. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business growth.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

• Interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics.

• Create automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.

• Support data-driven decision-making with ad hoc analyses and statistical modeling.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting processes.

• Document methodologies, processes, and findings for transparency and repeatability.

• Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

• 0 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).

• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure).

• Exposure to predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.

• Knowledge of business/financial analytics is a plus.
