Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will interpret data, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design analytical solutions and communicate findings in a clear, impactful way.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $32–$34 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources (ETL).
• Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support business goals.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Partner with IT and business units to define KPIs and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing quality checks.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to leadership teams.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Knowledge of machine learning or data mining techniques is a plus.
