Your Mission Will Be To - The main tasks will be answering phone calls and handling customer emails.
- We sell on 8 different marketplaces, and just about all of them have different return rules and regulations for communication.
- It is imperative that the customer service agent takes accurate notes on the customer's profile when any communication has been made as well as shows strong attention to detail skills.
