Job Description

Job Title: CRM Data Developer/Analyst
Location: Dallas OR Chicago - onsite Tue, Wed, thu

Must Have:

5+ years of experience in data migration analysis/development, with at least 3 years focused on data migration projects, experience with Dynamics and preferrable from Salesforce to Dynamics (60% development and 40% analyst)

Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services or any other tools (KingswaySoft Preferred)

• Experience with platforms: Salesforce, Kantata (Mavenlink), Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in SQL and data extraction principles.
• Demonstrated success in complex enterprise system migrations, preferably involving CRM or PSA platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
• Exceptional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and diplomacy.
