Convertor Print Assistant – Weekends

Position –  Convertor

Job Location –  Menomonie, WI

Starting Date –  Immediate

Employment Term –  Long-Term, Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –  Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –  Weekends, Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 3pm to 3am

Starting Pay – $15.50 per hour

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for our night shift production team. As a Night Shift Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating printing machinery, assembling orders, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. You will work in a clean, organized, and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

 

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards

• Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with specifications
• Follow detailed work instructions and meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions to supervisors 

 

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in a production or printing setting preferred, but not required
• Can communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work a full time 12 hour schedule
