HOW A CONTRACTS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Manages the negotiation and administration of government contracts
  • Has an understanding of all contract types FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, CPIF, FPLOE, and IDIQ
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to include communication, strategizing, and presenting
  • Manage a team of contracts administrators to provide leadership and guidance of workload
  • Provide the expertise to solve issues or concerns within a reasonable timeframe
  • Assist with reviews of RFI and RFP, provide recommendations to Capture

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education : Bachelors degree
  • Required Experience : 5+ years of related Contracts Administration experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Must have an active TS/SCI. Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Poly as needed.
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Effective negotiation and communication skills; Leadership abilities
  • Location : This is a hybrid position working onsite at our GDIT facility in Herndon, VA. This position requires being onsite three days a week minimum.
  • US Citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
