Location: Saint Louis, Missouri (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $41,200 - $44,780 per year Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that resonate with our target audiences. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage and monitor the organization’s social media accounts and online presence.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and public relations activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, community partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications or a similar role, preferably within a nonprofit or corporate environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to assess communication impact.
