Job Description
We are currently seeking a Communications Agent to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between internal departments and external clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and excels at verbal and written correspondence.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing communications across multiple channels
Draft, edit, and review internal and external correspondence
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely updates and messaging
Support client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information
Prepare reports, briefings, and summaries as needed
Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field
1+ years of experience in a communications, customer service, or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
