Full Time Business Office Manager HR - Belmont Village Senior Living Oak Park, IL
As the Business Office Manager HR, you will be an integral part of our Senior Living management team with responsibilities including but not limited to: management of the Concierge; payroll using Kronos and ADP; employee relations and employee engagement; supporting the recruitment, onboarding and orientation process; and ensuring regulatory compliance as it relates to the HR department. Additionally you will be responsible for administrative functions such as ordering supplies, maintaining personnel files, coding and submitting invoices and submitting long term care insurance claims monthly.
In this on-site role you will support approximately 120-130 hourly, entry-level employees with the support of an off-site Regional VP of Human Resources and a corporate human resources department.
POSITION SUMMARY
As the HR Business Office Manager, you will be the on-site HR professional in a fast paced & rapidly changing environment. You will work collaboratively with other department managers to support a large entry-level front line workforce with the support of a Regional Director of HR and a corporate human resources department. Your responsibilities will include payroll, pre-hire processes, orientation & onboarding, employee relations, workers compensation, ensuring consistent compliance of personnel policies & regulatory compliance standards in addition to various administrative functions.
