We're Hiring: Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles to maintain accurate financial records and support our accounting operations.

Role: Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant
What You'll Do - Process daily cash deposits
- Generate customer invoices and track aged receivables balances
- Process all vendor invoices and accounts payables payments
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Maintain and track inventory of solutions as delivered by barge, railroad and trucking companies
- Process journal entries in peachtree Software
- Calculate monthly sales commission for payroll
- Reconcile ledger balances to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Perform all month end closing procedures and monthly reporting to management
What We're Looking For Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
