Job Description

Our client is a property management company seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage their day-to-day financial records. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.

You'll handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Track expenses and manage vendor payments
• Generate financial reports for management review
• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Support year-end close and external audit preparation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
