Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Job Summary
Join a committed clinical group in Piedmont, CA as a BCBA in a structured weekday setting. This full-time, in-person role focuses on providing consistent ABA care, mentoring team members, and collaborating with families in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment strategies
• Supervise RBTs and ensure program fidelity
• Monitor outcomes using data collection tools
• Communicate effectively with all involved stakeholders
• Maintain clinical records in line with best practices

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline
• Background in team leadership and client care
