Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a trusted provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, focused on making a real difference in the lives of children with autism. Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic BCBA to join our expanding team in Chester. In this position, you’ll design personalized treatment plans, oversee behavior technician teams, and partner with families to foster progress. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide parent coaching to enhance treatment results
  • Monitor and manage billable hours for yourself and your clinical team
  • Deliver direct services and offer supervision when appropriate
  • Audit session documentation and behavior data to ensure quality and compliance
  • Facilitate team meetings and supervise BTs, RBTs, and ABA interns
  • Plan and implement staff training and development initiatives
  • Meet all deadlines for assessments, care plans, and progress documentation
  • Work collaboratively with families to define goals and coordinate care
  • Contribute to clinical discussions and help improve internal procedures
  • Promote team-wide growth and ensure alignment with BACB clinical standards

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (as outlined by the BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Background working with children with autism or developmental challenges
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and clinical reasoning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
