Join a collaborative, supportive, and motivated team dedicated to reshaping the future of pediatric mental health.

Why Join Us?Today's fast-paced world can be overwhelming for kids and teens, leading to increased stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. Our telehealth-based, collaborative care model integrates coaching and therapy to help young individuals and their families develop essential coping skills and navigate life's ups and downs.

We are looking for a compassionate Behavioral Health Coach who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care. If you are committed to making a positive impact, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Utilize evidence-based techniques to guide, motivate, and support children, teens, and families in achieving their mental health goals.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Conduct telehealth sessions from a private and secure location anywhere in the U.S.

Assist in completing behavioral health assessments and implement coaching interventions based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methods.

Maintain appointment availability and complete clinical notes in a timely manner.

Who You Are:

Hold an ICF Coaching Certification or NBC-HWC (unlicensed).

Have a strong preference for a background in mental health.

Comfortable using technology and providing telehealth services via video.

Highly organized and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Have a warm, engaging coaching style that resonates with children, teens, and families.

Passionate about helping young individuals build resilience, confidence, and well-being.

Core Competencies:

Strong Communication: Ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and the treatment team through clear verbal and written communication.

Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to the unique needs of each client and changing circumstances.

Professionalism: Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
