About the role:

We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and inspire a positive team culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hospitality, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards.

- Lead, train, and motivate front and back of house staff to provide exceptional customer service.

- Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.

- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profit margins.

- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

- Take weekly inventory and place orders accordingly.

- Collaborate with ownership and kitchen/bar teams to develop menus, specials, and promotions.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

- Uphold brand standards and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of management experience in a restaurant or bar setting.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.

- Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Current food safety and alcohol service certifications are preferred.
