The Beach House in Bristol, RI is looking for one bar manager to join our 23 person strong team. We are located on 805 Hope St.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Benefits

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
• Experience in a bar position preferred
