Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while managing various banking transactions. This position requires strong relationship skills and the ability to handle financial services with accuracy and professionalism.

Duties

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.
• Assist clients with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Engage in sales activities to promote bank products, enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Support loan origination and processing by gathering necessary documentation from clients.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and financial calculations effectively.
• Operate cash registers accurately while ensuring the security of funds at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and improve customer service quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial services, including loan processing and relationship management, is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math concepts is essential for this role.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems will be advantageous in enhancing client interactions.
