Responsibilities:

• Debt Restructuring Expert: Help clients avoid the "Bankruptcy" card by restructuring debts and negotiating with creditors.
• Courtroom Tycoon: Represent clients in bankruptcy court, using your legal insight to secure the best outcomes.
• Client Counselor: Guide clients through the process of filing for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, ensuring they understand their options and the steps involved.
• Asset Protector: Strategically protect clients' assets from liquidation, ensuring they can hold on to their own Boardwalks and Park Places.
• Plan Architect: Develop comprehensive repayment plans that allow clients to get back on their feet and start building their financial empires again.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney: Active MD bar license.
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in consumer bankruptcy law.
• Strategic Thinker: Exceptional ability to strategize and plan, much like a game of Monopoly.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills for advising clients and negotiating with creditors.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in legal research, case analysis, and financial restructuring.
