REQUIREMENTS
Juris Doctor Degree and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics or related engineering field. Higher degree accepted but not a minimum requirement. Must have prior experience in job involving patent application prosecution in Intellectual property law. Licensed to practice law in Illinois or the ability to sit for the Illinois bar exam, and admission, or limited recognition, to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
