Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with expertise in React.js to lead frontend development efforts for high-impact web applications. This role requires strong hands-on coding experience, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to build scalable and responsive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of React.js developers to improve capability and productivity.
Conduct in-depth code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure clean, maintainable code.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, scope, and project deliverables.
Provide technical consultancy, evaluate feasibility, and identify project risks.
Drive performance optimization and debugging using profiling tools and techniques.
Prepare and submit project status reports and proactively address issues/escalations.
Promote team growth through training sessions and knowledge-sharing.
Required Skills
Advanced expertise in React.js , Redux , and modern front-end frameworks.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
Experience in building responsive web applications .
Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
