The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. In modeling our commitment to openness and transparency, it’s important to note that starting salaries aren’t typically at/near the top of this range. This is to create opportunities for team members to earn performance-based raises throughout their tenure in the role. This individualized approach supports the creation of unique, effective strategies and solutions to influence sustainable change.
Graduating seniors, candidates with up to one year of related professional experience, and those with strong quantitative analytic skills interested in a career transition to education consulting.
Analysts utilize their proven quantitative (descriptive) analysis and logical reasoning skills to support systemic, transformative change in K‑12 education via shifts in resource allocation.

This role is in ERS’ headquarters in the Greater Boston Area. We practice a hybrid work schedule. We expect team members to be in our (Watertown, MA) office at least three consistent days each week.
