Solution IT Inc. is looking for AI Engineer for one of its clients in Newark, NJ (3 Days a week onsite).

Job Title: AI Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer to lead the development of a Proof of Concept (PoC) for intelligent AI agents capable of processing and interacting with documents, emails, and proxy cards. This role involves designing autonomous agents using LLMs, NLP, and decision-making frameworks to automate workflows and enhance data-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build AI Agents using LLMs (e.g., GPT), NLP pipelines, and planning algorithms for document/email parsing and decision-making.
• Develop PoC systems that extract, interpret, and act on structured and unstructured data from emails, proxy cards, and business documents.
• Integrate agents into existing workflows or APIs (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, CRM systems).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PoC goals with business outcomes.
• Implement feedback loops, human-in-the-loop strategies, and safety mechanisms.
• Monitor agent performance and iterate based on KPIs like accuracy, latency, and task completion rate.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, document classification, email parsing, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct).
• Experience with vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Understanding of data pipelines, API integration, and cloud deployment.

Work Site: Newark, NJ (3 Days a week onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months
