Accounting Admin – $18/hr
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Are you organized, dependable, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Accounting Admin to support daily accounting operations and office functions in a busy, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
Enter and process invoices for payment
Manage purchase orders and vendor files
Enter and deposit customer payments daily
Reconcile credit card and bank statements
Research and resolve payment issues
Contact customers about past-due balances
Track utilities, raw material, and freight costs
Assist with monthly close and reporting
Order and maintain office supplies
Provide backup support for reception and office projects
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience or relevant education
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Strong communication, organization, and time management
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a small team
