Account Associate Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within an assigned geographic region by directly engaging with customer, identifying their unique needs. 
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients, products, and services.
• Oversee sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
• Provide a welcoming and professional greeting to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle follow-ups, process order entries, and generate quotes as needed.
• Resolve customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions to drive client sales revenue.

Account Associate Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required; however, experience in an Account Associate role is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or Finance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Demonstrated flexibility, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a professional demeanor.
